the deck is based around getting valakut out and then dealing damage with mountains. this is not my idea, but it reminded me of seismic assault and i wanted to throw one together for testing. if you dont draw val only the expedition map can find it for you, which is why it is there. the single plains is there in case you happen to draw realm razer. you have 20 ways to find the plains to cast him and the hillarity of winning the game by killing your own creature seemed too good to pass up.
