DESCRIPTION
This deck was created by a friend of mine.
It is modified slightly to be RU instead of mono-U.
The goal of this deck is to get spellweaver helix out, exiling time warp and Mystic speculation (Wild guess and faithless looting get them into the graveyard.) once you do that, keep buying back mystic speculation, playing time warp, for infinite turns. Mental misstep, vapor snag, and mana leak hold them off, and sphinx-bone wand kills them.
