On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode, we build a $100 budget Tovolar, Dire Overlord deck from the Magic the Gathering set Innistrad Midnight Hunt. Tovolar is a legendary werewolf that has the powerful ability to let us draw cards when our wolves and werewolves deal combat damage to our opponents. He also has the ability to use your extra mana to pump up your werewolves and give them trample on the werewolf side. In this deck we focus heavily on developing combat superiority so that we can take advantage of Tovolar's card draw triggers. Is this the werewolf commander that we have been looking for?
