Of course, the main way to win is vise+Prosperity. Wheal and Deals and Time Spiral are also good supplemants to the vice, while filling your hand which is intact by libraries. I'm not putting down anything i can't get, so no power nine here. Also, Wheel and Deal combos nicely with Evacuation. For the sideboard, it's not fine tuned. The trade secrets should be put in if someone is dumb enough to repeat the process and you want to take advantage of that. The counters are for shatterstorms or anything that is threatening and no one else will handle.
