this is a casual format where you try to build a deck as flavorful as possible. in this case, a deck representing nicol bolas, where he prefers to bounce threats and attack the hand of his opponent before final victory. aided by raw card advantage, his terrible specters, and a few powerful spells, nicol bolas suffers no petty fool. in this format you can use up to 3x commons, 2x uncommons, 1x rare mythic. i get 4 signature cards (2x nicol boal 2x cruel ultimatum). i still have to make some cuts.
