BDM featured a section about a guy who played a list like this (not known exactly) to a 7-2 record at Regionals. I'd guess the list to look somewhat like this.
Play pump spells on the Druid to get insane amounts of mana, and then play Manamorphose to make them red and to up the storm count, along with Rite of Flame, and pop a Dragonstorm.
The pilot called it D-Storm 4.5, since his average kill was turn 4.5.
The sideboard is pretty much a guess.
