Chains of the Mage (Help)

essentially this deck started after seeing a friend who was using a discard deck with chains of mephistopheles and forced fruition. i really liked how the two worked together and i wanted to try exploit the effect. i wanted to use dragon mage, as i have always liked the card but never had an opportunity to use it. this is the rough idea for a deck that followed. essentially, one would try to discard their opponents hand during the early stages of the game and then try and finish it off either by milling them out with the dragon forced fruition and the chains or by damage via the dragon and lilianas caress this deck is very rough, and i would appreciate any suggestions to help the core idea of using the dragon mage with the chains
