Blue-Red Delver control

This is a casual deck I built based on our club's meta. Our free form mtg allows us to build decks with cards we enjoy playing with while allowing us lots of room for cards we already own so bans are not an issue. It's all out mtg with what you have or want to buy. This deck is control oriented with enough burn to not solely rely on Delver as the only win condition like some pauper decks are limited to. I have some banned cards in here but it's a deck I love playing with. I am open to suggestions on how to make it better, but I used cards I already owned. My sideboard isn't set in stone but I like having more counter spells that are easy to come by like Mana Leak, Vapor Snag, Snap, ect. I also like a few more Brainstorm as well as Gush in the sideboard. The ideal mana base would be running 4 Scalding Tarn, but I only own 2 as well as 3 Spirebluff canal and 3 Sulfur Falls. I chose not to run 4 pain lands and opted for 6 Islands and 2 Mountains which have worked for me thus far. I also went with Cloud of Faeries for its virtually free cost and Spellstutter Sprite over Monastery Swiftspear which is in the current side board.
