On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode, we build a $100 budget Anowan, the Ruin Thief deck from the Magic the Gathering set Zendikar Rising. Kumena is a legendary rogue lord that pumps up our rogues and gives us a powerful card draw and mill ability. We built this deck as rogue tribal deck, deploying evasive rogues early, and then attacking our opponents, milling them, and drawing card in the process. In addition, this deck features tons of card draw and interaction.
