On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode we build a $100 budget Chulane, Teller of Tales deck from the Magic the Gathering set Throne of Eldraine. Chulane is a powerful draw engine, giving us the ability to draw a card and put a land into play whenever we play a creature. This deck focuses heavily on playing creatures, bouncing them with Chulane's ability and accruing value throughout the game.
