On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a budget in mind. In this week's episode, we build a $100 budget Kelsien, the Plague deck. This new Assassin from Commander 2020 is synergistic with deathtouch spells.Giving Kelsien deathtouch can mow down your opponents creatures as he will kill them by using his activated ability. In addition, we have lots of interaction that will control the board and make life difficult for our opponents.
