Prosper, Tome-Bound | EDH $100 Budget Deck Tech | Commander | Dungeons and Dragons: AFR | Exile

On BudgetEDH we build fun and optimized commander decks with a pre-set budget in mind. In this week's episode, we build a $100 budget Prosper, Tome Bound deck from the Magic the Gathering new set Dungeons and Dragons: Adventures in the Forgotten Realms. Prosper is a legendary Tiefling Warlock with the powerful ability to exile the top card of your library at each end step, allowing you to play that card on your next turn. This gives you a value engine in the command zone, giving you card advantage each turn, something that Rakdos isn't generally good at. In addition, when you play cards from exile, Prosper has another ability which gives you a treasure token with each card played from exile. This works if you play your cards from exile, or play your opponents' cards from exile as well. In this deck, we lean heavily into the exile theme, with over 30 exile matters cards in the deck.
