DESCRIPTION
This is an Oathbreaker deck with Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner as commander using Kamahl's Druidic vow as her signature spell.
Churn out ferocious legendary creatures with Kamahl's Druidic Vow, while drawing cards with triggers from Kiora, Behemoth Beckoner. Casting Kamahl's Druidic Vow for X=6 can hit any legendary card in the deck. The legends are on the budget side and the mana base is very basic.
All of the creature-based ramp comes on elves, which helps get Marwyn big. The ramp package can usually cast Kamahl's Druidic Vow for X=6 on turn 5. Casting the Vow usually gives us enough land to cover command tax and then some, so we can cast it again next turn. But having it countered can wreck us.
