DESCRIPTION
Felisa flies, and is a vampire. She also makes flying inklings. Fortunately, most vampires fly, so we're working with a vampire/flying tribal deck to gather a ton of tokens, and overwhelm our opponents with gigantic creatures with tons of counters on them, or we're going to turn them into an inkling army.
