This is Dan's deck from Battle of the Brews!
Dan opened a sealed box of War of the Spark, and this is the deck he came up with!
The Commander is allowed to be anyone, so we went with Kethis. All those Planeswalkers are legendary, so Kethis allows us to play them more cheaply, as well as getting them back from the graveyard once we're done with them.
