complete bi against any creature based deck aka zoo, bant, affinity, doran, main deck e.e. and ste deal effectivly with dredge but post board, helps shoe in the match with ravenous trap. against hypergen you have the possibility of dropping damnation or dead gone after a hypergen, or even the possibility of comboing out depending on how many land dudes lands you put in to play off of hypergen, obviously post board you have chalice to buy time. then against dark depths you have 4 dead gone and a ghost quarter main, and 4 beseech to fetch it up. which usually buys you enough time in game one to combo, if not, your post board 4 pithing needle 3 gq come in and assure you the time you needed. vs thopter foundry you often times just win game one, you beseech for boseiju, and combo all over their face. in game two they expect it so they counter beseech, hence the reasoning behind 4 pithing needle. its hard for them to combo off with maelstrom pulse clunking up their plan as well, and gq on their academy ruins is also pretty hawt! against all in red (air) you have almost a blow out, unless they are on the play, have blood moon (magus does nothing) turn 1, and you cant mize a basic forest. it is the only way they can ever beat you. mono red burn is a bad match up for this deck though, sure you have chalice post board, but you often times lose game 1, and its unlikley you will pull a big w for games 2 and 3 relying on 1 of 4 cards post board. definatley wouldnt mind some feedback.
