okay so some notes.... mogg fantastic, is just that, fantastic while seemingly sub par since the install of m10 rules, this little guy still gets there. against opposing zoo decks (ruben zoo for example) it kills off their hiearch, and gives the leg up in the tarm vs. tarm battle. all this is good, but he is even a better gem against dark depths where he kills every guy on thier team. but the real justification came from the dredge match up which felt pretty lop sided game 1 until the addition of these guys. obviously rfging bridges and or killing drowned resulkas and narcromebas, seems just fine to this guy. the only other additional reasoning behind him, is it rounds off your 1 drops to virtually guarentee a turn 1 play, if your on the play. as usual for me the sb is all about taking down combo, and leaving the main deck to fend off zoo. for those of you who havent read a deck from me before sb strats are pretty obvious. aggainst the tier 1 decks dredge +3 ravenous trap +4 meddling mage hypergenisis +4 chalice of the void +4 meddling mage dark depths +4 pithing needle +4 meddling mage thopter combo +4 meddling mage +4 pithing needle. then we start dipping into tier 2 decks where we only usually have 4 sb cards instead of 8. the only weak spot in testing comes from mrb mono red burn it seems like unless they get a sub par draw your fetches and or shocklands do to much to salve off a realastic win.
