...reveal chancellor for a green mana. play swamp
play both dark rituals. you will have BBBBBG. play lightning greaves and devoted druid. equip to devoted druid and tap for a G. you will have BBG. play quillspike, untap devoted druid by placing a -1/-1 counter on it then tap it to add G. use the G to activate quillspikes ability to remove the -1/-1 counter from devoted druid and quillspike gets +3/+3. repeat for infinite then equip quillspike and swing in.
