DESCRIPTION
Use the Tidewater Minion with the Freed from the Real and the Dimir Bounce Land to get as much mana as your heart desires, then use whetstone from Urza's Saga to mill everyone and let them lose at their draw phases. Or you could just use psychic drain, that works too. I also got the milling section (the majority of it) from the Dimir deck from Ravnica. I goth the Tidewater Minions from the Azorious Deck in Dissension. I got the Iceberg from the BU deck in coldsnap.
