Mono-black is far too slow against more aggressive decks. I'm trying to ramp up mana through the Black Market, Dark Ritual and Crypt Ghast to compensate.
Once mana is built to a sufficient level (ideally by turn three or four) Creatures should pour out of your hand and build up zombie strength. By the time Army of the D*mned is finally played for 8 Mana plus 10 Flashback Mana cost, you have 26 Token Zombies better than the face value of 2/2.
