just a first draft, and yes, its kind of budget, so its not great, but i really cant exceed my budget.
extirpate is a great answer for dredge, i like it more than crypt, you get get an iona with discovery on the stack, you could get bridges, and you could get narcomoebas if they somehow make it in there. i made this because it was cheaper than the other dredge builds, or the cards are easily obtainable by me, hence the 1 and only 1 overgrown tomb, and the marsh flats. i would really like to recur finks, so i run 3 oran riefs.
if i could afford some jittes, they would be in there, and they work great with the augur.
