DESCRIPTION
the idea behind this deck is kind of obvious. basically, combo time sieve and attack with 5.5 artifacts or combo time sieve and -4 tezzeret as many times as you want. after playtesting the deck for a few hours, i believe hes a better choice than seeker simply because of life loss and not direct combat damage. he also costs 1 less to bring out. i think i should include some sort of counterspell... maybe spell pierce or cryptic command. ideas?
