DESCRIPTION
This deck uses Web of Inertia and Mist of Stagnation to put heavy board control on opponents who do not have cards in the graveyard. Lost in Thought, Tormod's Crypt, and Grip of Amnesia provide ample graveyard removal. Dissipate is the truest and most direct permission spell in the deck, and keeps the countered card out of the graveyard. The win-con is pingers and control magic can be replaced with confiscate if needed. Mist of stagnation provides a really powerful lock-up for the opponents' board.
