One of the reasons this deck is good for is that it varies, since you have lots of different slivers, so your opponent never knows what's next. The mana base is really solid, so you'll get a lot of slivers out quickly, and with Worldly Tutor you're sure to get the ones you need the most. There's also a lot of slivers which give all of your slivers +1 +1 and in a matter of a few turns your weak slivers become very strong, specially with Sliver Legion, the deck's final blow.
