DESCRIPTION
This is a rainbow stairwell deck, which fits the constraints of that format. In order to get around 5 color and artifacts rule I added spell cheating (isochron sceptor, quicksilver amulet, birthing pod, etc. and searches for those cheats) also had a little mana fixing, and then went for efficient creatures for the upper end to chain with birthing pod, and still get effect from even if I podded each turn.
