DESCRIPTION
The idea is to use counterspells to keep opponents under control while you tutor up Stasis. Use Vedalken Masterminds activated ability during opponents end step to bounce Stasis back to your hand so you get an untap step, then play Stasis during your second main phase. Doing so triggers the win condition, Sigil of the Empty Throne, which creates fliers every time you cast Stasis.
I dont have the money for Force of Will or Enlightened Tutor, so dont bother suggesting them. I do need suggestions for a sideboard, though.
