this is a severe mono-blue lock-down control deck thats centered around winter orb, and has seen a great level of success in competitive casual games.
the basic ides is to lock the game down with winter orb once you have out enough resources, then use the fellwar stones and the undiscovered paradises to give you the mana advantage over your opponent.
because your mana resources are obviously going to be limited, cards like meloku, venser, and keiga are included in order to give you creature advantage through churning out quick 1 1 fliers (meloku), gaining control over your opponents creatures in the event that you should lose one (keiga), and bouncing theres back at the end of their turn (venser).
combine this with the large amount counterspells and other control cards (capsize, propaganda), and you should have no problem leaving your opponent with almost no options, much less offensive ones.
