just thinking about thoughtseize... and i really dont think it is necessary. not sure about sword but jitte is here not for awesome killing like in zoo on boros or smth but for -1 -1 and lifegain on annoying cheap creatures. smother is vs tarmogoyf - and i think 2 is not enough but there are problems with slots). funeral charm is just the only instant discard.. so it should be here. playing with jitte sword and descendant make this deck more stable then variants with grunt and cursed scroll. Ok ok.. there might be questions about why didnt i put needles negators wretches or smth else in the deck - the simple answer: there is no sb that is against ALL of the decks) so if u need smth against affinity u put in null rod, negators vs landstill or just almost every heavy control without directs. It is all up 2 u.
