**The basic strategy of this deck is to blink your creatures away from spot removal and consequently reuse their triggers. This turns every removal attempt by your opponent into an advantage. There is also both scry and card draw to help with stabilizing. Your attacking creatures apply constant pressure!** - In game 2, replace your [[Mimic Vat]] with [[Cloudshift]] to avoid artifact removal. - Always replace your creatures with more relevant ones for the next game. Example: [[Kitchen Finks]] for [[Vendilion Clique]], or [[Cataclysmic Gearhulk]] for [[Thragtusk]]. - If your opponent has very few creatures, sideboard out [[Settle the Wreckage]] for [[Cryptic Command]] + [[Primal Command]]. Sideboard analysis: - [[Cloudshift]] - A faster version of [[Mimic Vat]]. - [[Surgical Extraction]] - Disrupt combo and graveyard synergies. - [[Celestial Purge]] - Remove [[Liliana of the Veil]], [[Liliana, the Last Hope]], [[Blood Moon]], or [[Chandra, Torch of Defiance]]. - [[Beast Within]] - Destroy Tron lands, [[Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle]], [[Blood Moon]], and [[Ensnaring Bridge]]. - [[Kitchen Finks]] - Buy yourself time against aggro and midrange until you can sweep their board. - [[Cryptic Command]] - Counter the big spells that combo and control decks often play. - [[Cataclysmic Gearhulk]] - Useful not only for creatures, but also for decks that play many artifacts (Affinity, Lantern Control), enchantments (Bogles), or planeswalkers (Superfriends). - [[Primal Command]] - Suitable for any situation that doesn't involve too many creatures in play: 1) gain life against burn spells, 2) bounce + shuffle a land or planeswalker back into the library, 3) disrupt their graveyard resources, and 4) tutor for a specific creature.
