DESCRIPTION
Using sphinxs tutelage first abillity, when you cast any card with cascade and hit wheel of fate, your opponent draws 7 cards and mill 14 cards from the top of their deck, as you draw 7 cards too.
Deck breakdown:
1) sphinx tutelage: the main card of the deck, 4 copies, youll need to mill your opponent quickly.
2)wheel of fate: another major card, the only spell that can be hit with cascade. it also renew your hand, and break combo strategies from your opponents, as they discard their hands too.
3) violent outburst and demonic dread: cascade triggers, only.
4) Damnation, chronomantic escape, detention sphere, murderous cut, lingering souls: defense strategies as creature killers, blockers or board cleaners.
5) Crypt incursion and ravenous trap: graveyard hate, against recursion decks. the first one also gives you life.
6) Bring to light, dark petition and dimir machinations: tutors to get what you need. almost every essencial card costs 3, so dimir machinations turns into a good tutor, also it can mill 3 cards as a desperate measure. you can cast bring to light into dark petition to find an enchantment, and use 3 mana to cast it.
7) Archive trap: additional mill engine. most of players search their libraries, allowing zero cost casting. also destroying a land with ghost quarter may cause the opponent to search his her deck.
8) Primal command: single copy, just in case youre run out keys cards and need to return them to the library. also can provide you life or delay the opponent.
9) Search For tomorrow: I decided to include this card because it fixes your mana and since all spells cost more than 3 mana it becomes a good opition to cast in the first turn.
