the deck is a mill discard deck themed on mind tampering.
it bares similarity to a strategy used my one known a nocturne in lore, as nocturne is a living nightmare (Read the flavor for Phantasmal Bear) who killed by invading the mind and forcing eternal sleep.
mind tampering relates to mill discard, but id like to stray from cards such as millstone that are not themed on the mind. Abyssal Nocturnus is there, just because of name similarity.
