DESCRIPTION
This is a time based deck that focuses on reusing cards multiple times quickly by time counter manipulation.
This strategy bares similarity to the strategy of one known as Zilean who fights by placing delayed time bombs (Arc Blade) on his enemies and reviving allies (Epochrasite), as well as speeding up spell casts (Rift Elemental, Timebug).
Criticism is welcome.
Version 2: Sideboarded Plague Boiler. Removed one clockspinning and one mystic speculation, since they are cycled anyway. Added Paradox Haze for more upkeeps, and panoptic mirror for more recycling.
