Discard Control

This is your basic discard/control deck with the twist that all of the discarding is done by creatures. On curve, you can play Drainpipe Vermin , Ravenous Rats , Dreamstealer , and Fell Specter . The downside of this approach is that you don't get to see your opponent's hand or select which card is being discarded (as with Duress , Distress , etc.). But the upside is that you have early blockers against aggro, you're not drawing dead discard spells late in the game, and the discarding tends to be more consistent overall - especially once you get an Augur of Skulls down. Your opponent should be in topdeck mode by turn 5 or 6, at which point Torment of Scarabs becomes a major nuisance. The rest of the deck is a simple budget removal package: Dead Weight , Walk the Plank , and Murder , plus Doomfall to give you some options. Cheap, fun, and irritating
