Vampire Allegiance

This budget deck is built around vampire allies like Kalastria Healer, Drana's Emissary, and Cliffhaven Vampire. There are a ton of ways to gain life in this deck, which bulks up Bloodbond Vampire, gives Nirkana Assassin deathtouch, and deals out damage through Cliffhaven. You can also deal out damage (and gain life) each turn by extorting Basilica Screecher, tapping Vampire Neonate, and dropping lands on Retreat to Hagra. (If you have another dollar, get the full playset of Cliffhaven and Drana's Emissary, and add in some Scoured Barrens too.) This is not a perfect deck, but when it goes off, it really goes off.
