'White' Belcher

with the recent publicity of the wonderfully built mono-green belcher deck, i wanted to make it my own and create a version of it to play at my own location. hence, the white version of this idea and the more controlly way it plays out. this is still shaking out the bugs and what not. i am not completely sold on mana tithe as it is great early on but less so the further you get from t1. also, the numbers could use a good tweaking if need be, but the deck plays quite well as is. the biggest element lacking is a way to hunt down the belcher stirrings is nice but not always reliable. happy brewing, everybody!
