DESCRIPTION
i put another deck on here under the name swan of bees, and it is an awesome deck, but sadly, i dont have the 4 most expensive cards in the deck, 2 snapcaster and 2 cryptic command, so ive been playing around with this budget version, yeah, i think ~$200 less is considered budget haha. but here we go, i essentially swapped out the cryptics and the snapcasters for 3 noxious revival, and 1 mana leak just to play around with and it seems to have worked out pretty well.
