DESCRIPTION
This deck is played by a buddy of my at the Standard Tournaments near my house. He made this deck after the Mono Black Rack version from Yokohoma. The blue makes it more consistent and powerful. If Confidant sticks for a couple turns then you win, that simple. BOB WINS GAMES! The eight charms are rediculous. once the opponents hand is gone they can't do nothing when they have to pitch the card in their upkeep.
