DESCRIPTION
Biggest combo: 1st turn Mindlash Sliver, second turn, Cry of contrition on the mindlash sliver, then sack it. They discard two, you discard a Call to the Netherworld, playing it for its madness cost. (if they dispute that it brings back the mindalsh 1: the mindlash has to be in the graveyard from sacrificing first, and 2: it automatically plays for its madness cost, which removes it from the stack until the sliver resolves). So you get the sliver back, and do the same thing next turn. Other than that, just make them discard as much as you can.
