DESCRIPTION
i really like playing with duskmantle seer and i wanted to make a grixis deck around him, so i did. the plan is to use him as a late game clock when i have my opponent controlled, creatures managed, and their life is low. though admittedly i need to playtest more and may cut him out all together in favor of more reliable cards. id like to see what other people think before i make that decision though.
