U/G Budget Merfolk

This is not the current standard merfolk deck floating around the internet. Instead of focusing on +1/+1 counters, this deck is an aggro deck very low to the ground. Your goal is to have wide swings that your opponent can't block. I splashed white for some cards to remove blockers and for some great sideboard hate of graveyards and enter the battlefield triggers. Its easy enough to take out white for a bit of control or other U/G cards. The rest of the deck is focused on feeding you gas. This deck is budget. The only cards over $3 are the Irrigated Farmlands. You could easily replace them with Glacial Fortress.
