WU Control Arbiter

an attempt at a control deck centered around leonin arbiter, to an extent. with so many fetching cards in nearly every type of deck, he can cause some big issues. and if his effect doesnt stop them, there are a lot of counters and control aspects to the deck including the early silences and deprives, to the game ending iona, shield of emeria. the sideboard of the deck is a bit of a problem since im not sure what to use or not so i decided to try a unique sideboard. the everflowing chalice can be used to play iona earlier along with making a rather large chimeric mass. sleep and sunblast angel are pretty obvious. the rebirth would be an end all against an extremely quick aggro deck.
