Savage Heartbeat

This is a slight variant of the PT version, but one that I found will test better results. Maindecking Savage Twister, and adding Kokusho shores up the largest problem of seeing all the enchantment hate, and I guarentee that every other deck out there will be running creatures that you will need to Twister. Plus it is the only defense you will have against quick Boros and other weenie decks. The Splinter in sideboard covers Jitte and Pithing Needle (you need 4 because you can't transmute for them). Naturalize is obvious, but only two because you can transmute. The Exhaustion in transmutable and with your opponent having double the mana it sure helps right after you play Heartbeat to keep them off a turn.
