DESCRIPTION
Feeds Triskelion counters, the idea combo being Triskelion with Basilisk Collar and Blade of the Bloodchief for one creature board clearance - Triskelion has a lot going for it, but as of the current standard this lacks win enough conditions. Also I wanted an excuse to put in Ornithopters.
If Scars has modular, this will be better, but still needs more to be truly playable.
