this deck is budget, itll run for under $20. and its good, i play tested it myself. i own this deck and am planning to use it at FNM.
the win condition is flameblast dragon, its a great card for cheap $$.
the absorb vis are for land gain first, and late game damage second. duress and ponder are good first turn moves. the rest are self explanitory.
also yes it does say that this deck costs over $60 but i assure you it doesnt.
