DESCRIPTION
the objective of the deck is to activate archmage ascension, obviously. get a howling mines out, and keep it and the ascension on the board, and the ascension will activate 6 turns later, guaranteed. you can speed up the process by drawing 2 cards on your opponents turn, by using a combination of merfolk looter, tideforce elemental (to untap the looter), and into the roil. unfortunately, there isnt much in standard right now in the way of draw power that comes in the form of an instant spell to help you draw 2 cards.
