marshflats would be in, but im currently looking at keeping it towards budget. the sideboard is also not listed for budget. i was thinking stuff like negate and pithing needle.
should i look at taking extra turns? should i look at using doj if i can get darksteel on the field? im kind of in the dark about how i should run transmuter.
