DESCRIPTION
as compared to the standard post-san diego mythic build, this deck has:
-1 birds of paradise, -1 sphinx of jwar isle, -1 finest hour, and -1 stirring wildwood
it ruins +4 vines of vastwood.
the reasons for the cuts are as such: birds are a terrible top deck, and the mana excel is fine already. more than 1 finest hour is redundant paying 5 mana for another exalted sucks. sphinx is great, but is a better board card as it can be worse than baneslayer and thornling in a lot of matchups. and as anyone who has tested this deck knows, wildwood can be a bit of an underperformer - its hardly ever your best attacker or your best defender, and you win very few games with it alone. i find i often am just tapping my wildwoods to make colonnade mana.
this configuration gives you better games against jund and naya, and lets you possibly get an unforseen alpha strike in the early game.
