considering splash red for 3-4 bolt and 2 incite.
Not entirely sold on my numbers, thinking of dropping a path and going
+2 condemn MD and +1 brittle effigy
my four drop slot is also clogged. I fixed some numbers.
Also thinking lapse of certainty in MD as a 2-of, but just not sure.
I need to address the mana curve.
