my first deck on this site, and my absolute favorite deck in real life. the first legendary card i ever got was green black, and id been looking into green black decks ever since. made something similar to this at a draft and ive been playing eventide ever since. your basic combo is simple. make something big for cheap, throw gift of the deity on it, and wipe out their side of the field. if you get quillspike and devoted druid out at the same time, youre guaranteed to kill all blockers your opponent has. with the new eldrazi cards coming out, those unmakes in your sideboard can come in handy, and ashling will force your opponent to get rid of annoying creatures for you. if your opponent plays flying, your aerie ouphes will deal with that. swapping lord of extinction with doomgape wouldnt be a bad call, especially with all those creakwood liege worms. and seeing as the most expensive card in here costs five mana, the deck gets a combo out pretty quickly. natures spiral is useful against burn decks. this probably isnt the most original deck, but its my favorite deck, and i thought id make it here. why doesnt grammar work?
