budget, blue white flicker effects with cathars crusade as a focus to make everything super beefy! not designed to go 4-0 at fnm, but i think itll be consistent and fun. any tips? oh, and gonna put in dual lands as i get them. only reason snapcaster is in there is cause i got lucky at drafts. other than that, its a budget deck.
